Arrival and departure
How your stay unfolds
Flexible times and a personal welcome so your holiday starts stress-free.
Arrival
Welcome at the residence from 4 pm. Keys are handed over in person.
Settling in
The apartment is prepared before you arrive: beds made, linen provided and end-of-stay cleaning included.
Departure
Check-out before 10 am, after the exit inspection and the return of the security deposit.
Access and on-site services
- Parking: a space in the residence courtyard, subject to availability
- Lift: step-free access up to the 3rd floor from the car park
- Ski locker: gear kept dry at the entrance to the building
- Resort shuttle: stop at the foot of the building, free all season
- Fibre Wi-Fi: connection included, code given on arrival
House rules
The rules of the house
A few simple guidelines for everyone's comfort, residents and neighbours alike.
No smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside. A space is provided on the balcony.
Pets welcome
One medium pet (15 kg maximum) is welcome, kept on a lead in shared areas.
Quiet after 10 pm
Please keep noise down in the evening out of respect for the residence neighbours.
No parties
Evening gatherings and events are not allowed in the apartment.
Families welcome
Travel cot and high chair available free of charge on request.
Security deposit
A security deposit is requested on arrival and returned after the exit inspection.
